What is ZUNDA ID
ZUNDA ID is used to log in to services provided by ZUNDA. It also lets you manage the information of the users who log in, on a per-organization basis.
The services you can log in to with ZUNDA ID are as follows. As of April 2026

ZUNDA STORE (formerly: edamame) | An ordering service for products you have contracted with us. It is currently available to some customers who have contracted Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. |
A solution that installs a lightweight agent on work devices to quantify and visualize employees' digital experience. |
If you use only IT Support by ZUNDA, no ZUNDA ID configuration is required.
If you use ZUNDA STORE or need to manage user permissions, ZUNDA ID becomes more useful for you.

What you can do with ZUNDA ID
- Check and configure the [Organization Information] and [User Accounts] used across IT Support by ZUNDA and ZUNDA STORE
- Configure the services permitted to users and group them for each service
- Configure the authentication method used when logging in to each service
- Log in to each service
